Grade I to VI

Tuition fee must be paid in two terms: First Payment at the time of admission and the second payment before
10th January 2017.

Guidelines for the payment
of tuition fee

• If any parent fails to comply with the above mentioned directions, their wards will not be permitted to attend the subsequent classes.
• If anyone fails to pay one term fee within the given payment time, the name of his / her ward/wards will be removed from the nominal roll without any further notification.
• Parents are advised to pay school fees in advance or make arrangement for payment of the fee if they are proceeding for annual vacation.
• Fees once paid will not be refunded at any circumstances.
• Only official receipt will be accepted as proof of payment.
• If a student attends a part of a semester full semester fee will be charged.

Disciplinary:

• Children should come to school in proper school uniform, neatly ironed.
• Children must reach school before 6.30 AM and should leave school according to the school’s home time schedule.
• If a child is absent, the reason should be reported to class teacher or school office.
• Misbehavior from children will be given warning and will be liable to face the disciplinary action taken by the school.
• If the child found having autism (hyper active), handicapped or behaving in discipline in the class, the school has the right to remove him/her from the register.
• If child is having any contagious diseases, the school has the right to stop him/her on leave till the disease is cured.
• No parents are allowed to visit teachers during class hours.
• Children are not allowed to bring mobiles or any other electronic devices to school. If any valuables are lost from the school premises, the school will not be responsible for such losses.

Exam rules and regulations:

Children will be allowed to write the exams only after finishing all the fee dues. Only those who finished the payment will be given the hall ticket for the examination. Those who didn’t bring the hall ticket will not be allowed to enter the examination hall. Children who failed in the exam will not be promoted to the next academic year.
